Some of the daily tasks you will be responsible for are:
- Support the hiring team in the screening, evaluation and selection of our applicants
- Review applicants and screen candidates
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Talent Sourcing
- Maintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database.
- Assist candidates during the recruitment process, answering questions and providing them with necessary information.
- Work closely with the crewing manager to oversee daily business operations.
What are your qualifications?
- Bachelors or College degree
- Excellent English language skills ( verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Perceptieve listening skills
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Relevant working experience within recruitment (possibly during an internship) is an advantage.
